Who we are

This website belongs to ILX Concierge | Israel Luxury Experience, which controls the information you send us. Contact: [email protected], phone +972-50-373-9359.

This page describes how the website actually works. It is not legal advice.

How the site is built

The website is a static information site. It has no sign-up, no user accounts and no database of customer requests.

What details are provided

Details are provided only if you choose to send a quote request. The form includes: service type, name, phone, preferred language, travel dates, pickup and drop-off details when relevant, number of passengers and bags, flight number (optional) and notes (optional).

Providing your details is voluntary. There is no legal obligation to provide them, but without them we cannot prepare a quote.

Why

The details are used to handle your request for a quote or service (transportation, tours, hotels and stays, events) and to contact you about that request.

How sending works

The website does not store the form on a server. You review a summary of your request and send it yourself, by WhatsApp to +972-50-373-9359 or through your own email app to [email protected].

Who else may see the details

If you send by WhatsApp, the message passes through WhatsApp, a Meta Platforms service. If you send by email, the message passes through your email provider and through Google, because our mailbox is on Gmail. The website files are hosted on Cloudflare Pages.

We do not run a marketing mailing list, so the site has no consent box for promotional mail.

How long we keep it

After you send your message, ILX may keep the conversation in WhatsApp or email as needed to handle your request and any booking that follows. The website itself keeps no copy.

Your rights

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, including Amendment 13 (in effect from 14 August 2025), you have the right to see the personal information we hold about you and to ask us to correct it. To do so, contact us at [email protected] or +972-50-373-9359.

Security

The website is served over a secure connection (HTTPS). Because your request is sent through WhatsApp or email, the protections of those services apply after you send it.

Changes

We will update this page when the way the website works changes. The update date appears at the top of the page.
